What Is Purity in Worship?

Sanctuary

In this workshop, former frontman and musician from Delirious?, Martin Smith, will lead a timely conversation on today’s spiritual climate. As we look at the culture around us, how do we keep our hands clean and our hearts pure in the modern world?

Building a Praying and Worshiping Church

Room 102

At Radiant, we are committed to being a praying and worshiping church. This conviction sits at the center of our DNA, shaping our ministry strategy and methodology. In this session, Pastor Caleb and Pastor Zach explore the cultural values and leadership perspectives that help cultivate a praying church, along with practical insights on establishing prayer meetings as the furnace of ministry. Join the discussion as we consider how prayer and worship can be more than moments within a service, but become the spiritual heartbeat that fuels everything we do in ministry.

God’s Heart for Israel

Room 103

A Biblical Posture for the Church Today

This workshop invites pastors and leaders to explore God’s heart for Israel through the lens of Scripture while learning to respond wisely and biblically to today’s most challenging questions. We will clarify our posture toward Israel and equip you with practical ways to shepherd your congregation into a faithful, compassionate, and Christ-centered perspective.

God Sees Us as More

Room 104

In this session, Wayne and Kathy Benson will share a heaven-down view of how God sees us, our church, and our future. They will then focus on our vision and the process by which it is shaped—learning to think God-sized goals while keeping our feet on the ground.

Building Family Altars

Room 304

In a time when families are discipled more by culture than by Christ, the call to reclaim the home as a place of worship, formation, and spiritual leadership has never been more urgent. This breakout is designed to awaken and equip pastors and ministry leaders to restore the altar in their own homes first, cultivating rhythms of prayer, Scripture, worship, and intentional discipleship around the table. From that overflow, we will explore how to confidently cast this vision in our churches and raise up households that burn for God beyond Sunday services.

Breaking the Growth Barrier

Room 306

Every church eventually hits a growth ceiling—whether at 100, 500, or 1,000 members. The question is not whether you will face barriers but whether you will recognize and address them. In this breakout, we will explore the key questions leaders must ask, how to identify the predictable growth barriers every ministry faces, and practical steps to overcome them. You are not alone—these challenges are common. But with intentional leadership and clear systems, you can regain momentum and position your church for healthy, sustainable Kingdom growth.

Journey to Authenticity

Room 308

Discovering Your Spiritual Identity Through the Seasons of Life

You are invited to embark on a journey—a pilgrimage of sorts. This journey is not over land and sea but through the passage of the human soul. Our discoveries will not be of gold and lost cities but of our own identity in Christ. Discover the often-hidden path of discipleship Jesus has placed before you. If you desire a fresh perspective on Christian maturity and soul care, this workshop is for you.

Becoming a Church-Planting Church

Upper Room

God’s strategy from the day of Pentecost until His return is not merely for His churches to grow, but to multiply. There is nothing your church can do to more effectively reach the lost or build the Kingdom than to plant a new church—regardless of your current size. Come be equipped with the practical tools needed to make the leap from addition to multiplication. Together, let us reach new cities, towns, and regions for Him.

HOMECOMING LUNCH

Over the past ten years of the conference, Arise Shine has become a place where ministry leaders gather year after year. When you walk into the building, it feels like a homecoming. Whether you are serving on the same team at the same church or reconnecting with friends you have made over the years, we are creating space in the schedule for you to slow down, share a meal, and connect with other leaders over lunch. This will be an informal time to grab lunch, find a seat in an open classroom or public space, and enjoy meaningful conversation.
