FAQ
Do I need to register for the workshops or ministry lunch I want to attend?
You do not need to register beforehand for the majority of workshops. For our workshops in the Upper Room, please register as space is limited.
I can only attend Arise Shine Conference for one day. Is there a daily rate?
No, a daily discounted rate for attending one day is not available at this time.
What is a Ministry Lunch?
These gatherings are a time for each ministry department—serving across many churches—to come together to connect, learn from one another, and share resources and practical tips.
What is a Homecoming Lunch?
The homecoming lunch is an informal time to grab lunch, find a seat in an open classroom or public space, and enjoy meaningful conversation with other conference attendees.
Who can attend Arise Shine Conference?
All are welcome! However, we do not recommend this conference for anyone under the age of 16. If you have any questions, please contact us at hello@ariseshineconference.com.
When will check in/registration open?
If you are arriving Tuesday morning, check-in will open at 8AM. The first session will begin at 9AM.
Is there childcare available?
No, Arise Shine Conference is not able to provide childcare at this time.
Is there a nursing mother’s room?
Yes, we recognize that some of the women attending the Arise Shine Conference may only be able to do so with a little one in tow. In light of this, we will provide a nursing mothers’ room for nursing mothers and their babies. In addition, we have a Parent Room in our nursery space where a parent or caregiver can spend time with a baby who needs some playtime!
Is there interpretation of the sessions for the hearing impaired?
No, this service is not available at this time.
Can I take pictures/videos at Arise Shine Conference?
Of course, we love seeing what people highlight on their social media! However, because this is a ticketed event, we ask that you refrain from recording or posting entire sessions and workshops. (Psst—make sure to tag @ariseshineconference and use #ASC26.)
Do you have any suggested places to stay?
