Do I need to register for the workshop or roundtable I want to attend?
No, this year we aren’t having attendees register for workshops or roundtables. Instead, we encourage you to check out the full Workshop + Roundtable schedule and make a plan for which you want to engage with. Then, plan to grab your lunch and grab your seat!
I can only attend Arise Shine Conference for one day. Is there a daily rate?
No, we apologize, at this time we do not have a daily or a discounted rate for attending on just a single day.
Who can attend Arise Shine Conference?
All are welcome, although we do not recommend this conference for anyone under the age of 16. Please contact us at info@radiant.network with any questions regarding this.
When will check in/registration be open for Arise Shine Conference?
If you are arriving Monday morning, check in will be open at 8:00AM. The first session begins at 9:00AM.
Is there childcare available?
No, Arise Shine Conference is not able to provide childcare at this time.
Is there a nursing mother’s room?
Yes, we recognize that some of the women attending the Arise Shine Conference may only be able to do so with a little one in tow. In light of this, we will provide a nursing mother’s room for nursing mothers and babies. In addition, we have a Parent Room in our nursery space where a parent or caregiver will be able to visit with a baby who needs some play time!
Is there interpretation of the sessions for the hearing impaired?
No, this service is not available at this time.
Can I take pictures/videos at Arise Shine Conference?
Of course, we love to see what people highlight on their social media! However, because this is a ticketed event, we ask that you refrain from recording and posting entire sessions and workshops. (psssst - make sure you tag @ariseshineconference and use #ASC24)
